Book a System Inspection

Before anyone sells you AI, someone should check what you already run.

I'm Felix Lopez. I rebuild the systems legacy service businesses run on, starting with independent insurance agencies. The first step is always the same: a System Inspection, and a written report you keep.

01 · The System Inspection

Your system says the renewal went out. Did it?

The System Inspection looks at how your agency actually runs, not how the software says it runs. You get a written report: what's leaking, what's working, and what to fix first. Useful whether or not you ever hire me.

  1. 01

I look at the live system

Not the manual, not the vendor deck. The renewals, the inbox, the spreadsheets, the workarounds.

  2. 02

    You get the written report

What is leaking, what is working, and what to fix first, in plain English.

  3. 03

    You decide what happens next

The report is yours either way. Fix it in-house, hire me, or file it.

What it usually finds

Nothing exotic. Just the leaks nobody has time to look for.

  1. 01Renewals nobody touches until the carrier notice lands
  2. 02Leads that go cold because follow-up depends on who remembers
  3. 03Client data in three places that disagree with each other
  4. 04Reports someone rebuilds by hand every month
  5. 05The system you paid for, stopped using, and the workaround everyone built instead
02 · The rebuild, not the replacement

Keep what works. Fix what leaks.

An AI rebuild without replacing what already works.

If you already paid for a system nobody uses, I'm not here to sell you another one. I map what your agency runs today, fix the leak the Inspection found, and add AI only where it earns its place.

Case Zero

I built it on my family's agency first.

I'm telling you it's family up front, because you'd find out anyway. It's my lab: everything gets built, and broken, there before it reaches yours.

I never thought I'd work alongside AI, let alone have it improve how I do my job every day. Now our renewals are automated, and I can focus on helping our clients.

03 · How I check

13 found. 6 checked. 5 wrong.

Check the system, not the document about it.

My own AI once handed me 13 problems with line numbers and a severity ranking. It looked like diligence. Five of the six I checked were repairs it had read in my old notes. That's why every finding in your report gets checked against the live system.

A report is only as good as what it looked at. Mine never said what it hadn't.
